Ron has over 20 years of successful financial and tax experience in both public accounting and industry.
Mr. Pierce began his career in public accounting as an audit staff accountant with Kruggel Lawton & Company, a large regional firm in South Bend, Indiana. After serving several years on the audit staff, Ron focused his practice on taxation and was promoted to tax manager. He also served as tax specialist with Crowe, Chizek & Company in Louisville, Kentucky as part of the State and Local Tax group. Ron has also been a Chief Financial Officer in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Along with his diverse accounting background, he also has provided his accounting and tax experience with clients in a wide range of industries that include manufacturing, retail, construction, healthcare, service, restaurants, and real estate. Ron earned a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University and began his public accounting career in 1995. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998 and is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky.
